[engagement] ryan and alanna

love seems to sometimes grow out of chance encounters. in the movies this chance meeting is called the "meet cute" or referred to as an inciting incident. whatever term you want to apply to it, in real life it is the moment you least expected to meet the one you would come to spend the rest of your life with. this was the case for alanna and ryan when they met over two years ago. a chance meeting blossomed into their very own love story that will culminate in november when they declare, before their families and closest friends, to love each other in both good times and in bad times.

last weekend i spent sometime with alanna and ryan at some of their favourite saint john locations - the first home they renovated together, the local pub that they frequented, and  the park that alanna has poured so many volunteer hours into bringing it to life for everyone else to enjoy! it was a beautiful day to photograph this beautiful couple, and i thoroughly enjoyed the opporunity to get to know them more!!

alanna and ryan, you two are fabulous, so much fun to work with, and two people i am glad to know. i cannot wait to photograph your wedding in november. it is going to be the most romantic and aesthetically beautiful wedding i've photographed to date!!
